The lady at the front desk is so Rude!! Do not recommend! ! Don't even call cause she yells at you.
We needed a place to rest for the night during our trip to Cali and the lady at the front desk was rude, a couple of the towels in our room had stains on them and the price was not reasonable for such a dirty room. I paid the same price at a Hilton the night before.
It was ok enough. Wifi was a bit slow, could use better house keeping. But over all experience wasnt bad.
Well im here now. So let me give an honest opinion. Well I bring my own bedding and towels to ANY hotel i stay at, so idk about the sheets personally i looked them over but i saw a couple black specs.. but i checked the mattress and behind the bed where bed bugs normally live and i didnt see anything. I have my 1 year old daughter walking around (in her socks of course) and ive actually never let her walk around a hotel room before. And ive been in many. Nice Tv and soap dispensers in the shower with shampoo and stuff kinda cool. The bathroom we have is a little yucky looking but im not staying that long anyway. The lady at the front desk is rude but this is the only hotel in miles we could find during a storm so you take what you can get.
Room rates were ok and they helped us right away..people are friendly. Our truck broke down on our way from cali to houston and the community took care of us. Just needs a mcdonalds..lol..
